Head Business Development (Refurbishment & Second-Life Batteries) Location: Kolkata (Plant-based, travel-heavy) Company: Navprakriti Green Energies Pvt. Ltd. About Navprakriti Navprakriti Green Energies is building India’s most comprehensive, compliance-first ecosystem for lithium-ion battery circularity—covering collection, dismantling, mechanical processing, black mass production, second-life repurposing, and upcoming hydrometallurgical refining. As part of our next phase, we are launching a refurbishment and second-life battery vertical, targeting EV, telecom, inverter/UPS, and energy storage applications, with a strong focus on cost-effective, high-quality, and traceable solutions. Role Overview We are looking for a technical-commercial leader to build and scale our refurbishment business from scratch. This role will own:
- Supply sourcing (used batteries)
- Sales of refurbished cells and battery packs
- Strategic B2B partnerships and white-labeling deals The candidate must combine deep industry understanding with strong execution capability to drive both top-line growth and ecosystem partnerships.
