- 7+ years of relevant experience Requirements:
- Lead solution design and implementation using:
- PingAM for authentication and authorization
- PingDirectory (PingDS) for identity data management
- Ping IDM for identity lifecycle and provisioning
- Define and enforce best practices for IAM architecture, security, performance, and scalability
- Oversee integrations with enterprise applications and platforms
- Review designs and configurations to ensure compliance with security standards and IAM frameworks
- Serve as the clientfacing lead for IAM workstreams across implementation and enhancement programs
- Partner with clients to understand identity, access, and security requirements and translate them into solution designs
- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders
- Own endtoend delivery, including scope, timelines, quality, and risk management
- Provide regular status updates and manage escalations in client environments
- Manage and mentor Associate and Senior Associate IAM engineers
- Conduct design and code reviews and provide handson technical guidance
- Support estimation, planning, and capability building within the IAM practice
