BIM Engineer-Mechanical (West Bengal)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan / Durgapur-West Bengal Department: MEP Mechanical Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed 3D Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Create and maintain parametric Revit families aligned with project standards.
- Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and BIM platforms.
- Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, Builder s Work drawings, and spool drawings.
- Generate fabrication-ready models in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct BIM-based quantity take-offs and support BOQ preparation.
- Participate in coordination meetings and update models based on resolved clashes.
- Ensure rigorous QA/QC processes and compliance with international standards. Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (modeling, detailing, and family creation).
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Experience with coordination platforms such as BIM Track or Revizto.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, or ProjectWise. Experience & Sector Exposure
- 2+ years of proven experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
- Exposure to international projects (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, APAC).
- Experience across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Transportation, Stadiums, and Data Centers. Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Autodesk Revit Certification (preferred).
- Additional BIM certifications or workflow training (advantageous). Candidate Profile
