TSC is Hiring Oracle Database Administration Location: Kolkata Experience: 2 Interview: Inperson on 23rd May
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (All versions).
• Hands-on experience with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Goldengate.
• Strong knowledge of RMAN, Data Pump, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Experience in database performance tuning using AWR, ADDM, ASH, and SQL Trace.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting ORA errors, locks, deadlocks, and performance issues.
• Experience in Shell scripting, PL/SQL, and automation activities.
• Knowledge of Oracle database security including TDE, auditing, and access control.
• Experience in patching, upgrades, migration, and capacity planning activities.
• Exposure to OCI, AWS RDS, and hybrid cloud database environments.
• Ability to work in critical production support and high-pressure environments. Experience with Ansible or other automation/configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of database partitioning, indexing, and storage optimization techniques.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices in database environments.
• Understanding of compliance standards and governance frameworks.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentoring and team collaboration capabilities.
• Proactive mindset towards automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
