Company Description Sequoia Print is a printing and packaging R&D; studio based in Kolkata. We operate at the intersection of manufacturing, design, and software, building systems that modernize how packaging production works. Our work includes:

- Prepress and printing workflows
- Data-driven production systems
- Software tools for manufacturing operations Role Description As our IT & Infrastructure Executive, you will be the single point of ownership for all things tech, network, security, and systems within our office and production facility. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure our infrastructure is always a step ahead of our growth. Network & Connectivity Design, set up, and manage our office WiFi and network infrastructure. Ensure fast, secure, and secure connectivity across all departments and production areas. Eliminate dead zones and downtime. Physical Security & Surveillance Plan and install CCTV and surveillance camera systems across the office and production floor. Monitor and maintain the systems to ensure the facility is always secure. Server Room Management Take full ownership of our server room — organisation, upkeep, maintenance, and performance. Ensure systems are running optimally at all times and that data is protected. Cybersecurity & Internal Protocols Strengthen our internal digital security practices. Build and implement protocols that protect our data, systems, and people. Identify vulnerabilities and fix them before they become problems. Day-to-Day IT Support Be the go-to person for all IT-related needs across the office — installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and anything in between. You take initiative and don't wait to be told. Compensation Starting at Rs. 20,000 per month (CTC), based on skills and experiences.

Requirements Experience & Knowledge
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an IT, systems, or infrastructure role
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, WiFi setup, and LAN/WAN management
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and physical security infrastructure
- Familiarity with server management, basic system administration, and hardware maintenance
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and internal IT protocols Who You Are
