Description
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline.
- Conduct career seminars for prospects and enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.
- Ensure product knowledge through AMLI training methods and field demonstrations (FODs).
- Identify training needs of agents and work with trainers to improve performance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans while improving agent productivity and persistency.
- Maintain agent proactivity as per business plan and ensure customer queries are satisfactorily addressed. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 months in the last job.
- Age criteria: 24 to 35 years.
- Should be employed in BFSI/Structured Company with no more than 2 job changes in one year.
- Must be based in the city for at least 1 year.
- Solid understanding of agency channel distribution methods and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals.
- Achievement of business targets and recruitment/development of agents as per plan.
