Manager - Training (West Bengal)

- Conduct induction and on-boarding training programs for new employees.
- Develop and deliver training modules on selling skills, product knowledge, and compliance.

- Ability to design and deliver effective training sessions and workshops is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills are needed to address performance issues or knowledge gaps.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS, and other training tools is required.
