About the Role: Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals mining covering planning, execution, governance, and perks realization. You will drive adoption of digital/AI solutions (e.g., 5D BIM, advanced scheduling risk analytics, drone/LiDAR-based progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing for materials, digital twins, and GenAI assistants for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements in time, cost, quality, and safety. Responsibilities A. PMO Governance
- Establish and run the PMO: stage-gate governance, change control, RACI, decision logs, and escalation paths. B. Procurement Supply Chain
- Own procurement management: sourcing strategy, bid evaluation, contracts/Change Orders/EOTs, LDs/incentives.
- Run performance reviews for contractors and material vendors; track delivery performance and expediting.
- Implement Digital Storage Logistics Management (IoT + geo-fencing) for traceability, install-readiness, and exception alerts. C. Digital/AI Transformation
- Define the digital roadmap and success metrics; orchestrate adoption of:
- 5D BIM (cost + schedule integration) and model-based quantity management.
