Graphics Design+ Social Media Manager (West Bengal)

ACW is looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end social media management and content creation for our clients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual design, basic video editing, and digital content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching graphics using Canva and Photoshop

Create and edit reels using mobile apps like InShot

Manage and grow clients' social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for clients

Write engaging captions and post descriptions using AI tools like ChatGPT

Optimize and schedule posts for maximum reach and engagement

Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Required Skills & Tools:

Canva

Adobe Photoshop

InShot or similar mobile video editing apps

AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copy.ai)

Robust understanding of social media platforms and trends

Bonus:

Experience with YouTube SEO and thumbnail design

Ability to multitask across multiple client accounts
