You will use AI video generation tools, AI editing tools, and modern content workflows to create videos at speed + scale. Key Responsibilities 1. Video Creation for Courses
- Produce structured video lessons for our courses
- Turn lesson scripts into visual, engaging videos
- Create screen-recorded tutorials for AI tools
- Add animations, transitions, and callouts
- Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and tone 2. Short-Form Content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Create daily/weekly short videos
- Convert long videos into short formats
- Add captions, motion graphics, subtitles
- Optimize for Instagram, YouTube Shorts & Facebook 3. Use AI Tools for Fast Production You must be strong in: AI Video Tools

- Create explainer graphics
- Make flowcharts, diagrams & UI tutorials
- Design thumbnails & banners
- Produce micro-learning videos
- Build template-based animated content 5. Collaboration with Content Team
- Receive scripts and visual guidelines from the Content Creator
- Improve scripts visually if required
- Prepare visual storyboard before final video
- Deliver content for LMS upload 6. Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create promotional videos for:
- AI For Everyone
- CreatorBoard AI
- HIT Training Projects
- Sports City apps/websites
- Create product launch videos
- Make ad creatives for performance marketing Mandatory Skills
- Strong video editing experience (25 years minimum)
- Ability to use AI video generation tools
- CapCut / Descript / Canva AI mastery
- Screen recording + audio narration skills
- Basic animation & transitions
- Experience making teaching/tutorial videos
- Good understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) Good-to-Have Skills
- Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Knowledge of motion graphics
- Audio editing (noise removal, leveling)
- Design tools (Canva, Figma)
- Basic scriptwriting ability
- Experience in EdTech, YouTube content or product marketing Soft Skills
