Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Assistant Manager Manager
- ESS Sales to spearhead our current startup division in Delhi. This role will be responsible for launching and scaling new products, Driving business development, and expanding our footprint in the Inverter, Battery, and Solar market segments. Key Responsibilities:
- Startup Division Launch & Scaling: o Drive the end-to-end launch of a new product line within the ESS vertical. o Devise and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies. -Business Development & Sales Generation: o Identify and capture new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
o Build and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Channel & Distributor Management:
o Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners and distributors.
o Ensure effective partner engagement and sales performance.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
o Develop strategic sales plans and monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
o Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to fine-tune strategy.
- Corporate Sales Management:
o Lead corporate sales efforts, including proposal development and negotiations.
o Build a robust pipeline and ensure consistent revenue inflow.
- - Team Leadership & Performance Management:o Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support. o Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts. o Support seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Day-to-Day Activities:
- Conduct market visits and client meetings (face-to-face).
- Generate leads through cold calls, references, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct team huddles and strategy sessions.
- Track competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions for channel partners and internal teams .
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and post-sales support. Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales planning and execution
- Deep understanding of battery, inverter, and solar product markets
