Fullstack Python Developer (West Bengal)

Role Overview We are looking for a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) AI Developer with strong Python skills to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that combine LLMs with retrieval pipelines. Youll be responsible for building scalable AI solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and modern LLM frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RAG pipelines (retrieval + generation)
- Build and optimize search systems using embeddings
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI / open-source models) into production systems
- Work with vector databases
- Implement chunking strategies, and context optimization
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI)
- Handle data ingestion pipelines
- Optimize latency, cost, and accuracy of AI systems
- Debug and improve hallucination, retrieval accuracy, and grounding Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures
- Valuable understanding of:
- Embeddings & vector search
- Chunking strategies & retrieval optimization
- Experience with at vector DB:
- Experience with LLM frameworks:
- LangChain / LlamaIndex / custom pipelines
- API development experience (FastAPI preferred)
