Qualified Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.

Experience in developing and maintaining custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Familiarity with workflow automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
