Warehouse Associate West Bengal

Roles and Responsibility Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, scanning, transportation, and shorting. Ensure efficient and safe working practices within the warehouse workplace. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives. Maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse activities. Implement and follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Participate in quality control measures to ensure high standards of product handling and storage.

Job Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to current processes and procedures. Familiarity with basic computer applications and software. Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Duty timing is 9 hours, with options for morning (8am-5pm), day (11am-8pm), or night (9pm-6am) shifts.
