Desktop Engineer West Bengal

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team at ErgodE IT Services Pvt. Ltd., where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing technical support to our employees.

Roles and Responsibility Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues efficiently. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software applications. Provide technical support and training to employees on desktop usage and software applications. Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and antivirus scans. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with other company infrastructure. Develop and implement procedures for desktop system management and maintenance.

Job Requirements Proficient in desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS. Robust knowledge of computer hardware, including processors, memory, and storage devices. Experience with desktop application software, including Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
