Requirements: Lead a high-performance professionals at various capacity. Engage in their career development. Mentor junior developers within and outside of the team. Lead endtoend design and delivery of Lakehouse architectures using Databricks, Delta Lake, and ADLS Gen2. Own ELT architecture using ADF (orchestration) and Databricks (PySpark / SQL) for largescale transformations. Define and review Delta table designs, partitioning strategies, schema evolution, and performance optimization. Design and govern CDC and incremental ingestion frameworks. Drive data modeling, schema design, DAG dependencies, and pipeline reliability standards. Apply Unity Catalog for data governance, access control, lineage, and compliance. Establish and enforce Git branching, code reviews, and CI/CD standards for data engineering. Lead Terraformbased infrastructure provisioning and deployment automation. Provide technical leadership during production issues, performance bottlenecks, and design reviews. Mentor and guide associates and senior associates; support capability building and technical upskilling.
