Job Summary

The Preferred Relationship Manager (Wealth RM) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients. The role involves advising clients on various wealth management products and investment solutions such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and Structured Products. The candidate will work as an individual contributor, driving revenue through advisory and cross-selling of financial products while ensuring superior client service and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with Preferred HNI clients and act as their primary financial advisor. Identify client investment needs and recommend suitable wealth management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Bonds, and other investment solutions. Achieve revenue targets through acquisition of new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients. Build a solid pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, and market intelligence. Provide regular portfolio reviews and market updates to clients to help them make informed investment decisions. Cross-sell financial products to increase client wallet share and enhance overall portfolio value. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while selling investment products. Maintain high standards of client service, relationship management, and retention. Keep track of market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities to provide the best solutions to clients.

Candidate Profile Around 8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Stock Broking, or Mutual Fund distribution. Prior experience handling HNI Preferred Affluent clients. Robust knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured Products, and capital market instruments. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets in wealth products. Excellent relationship management, communication, and advisory skills. Ability to work as an individual contributor in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Background

Candidates currently working with: Banks (Securities Wealth Division) Broking Firms such as Motilal Oswal, Kotak Securities, HDFC Securities, Groww, InCred, etc. Mutual Fund Companies AMCs in retail or wealth sales roles.
