Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Additional Information Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C.

Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within cloud environments.

Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additional Information- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
