Senior Manager , Process in Projects – Cement Plant Engineering

Job Summary The Senior Manager (Process) is responsible for leading and overseeing all Process engineering activities for projects and operations. The role provides strategic technical leadership, manages engineering teams, supports project execution and plant upgrades. Key Result Areas:
- Technical review & finalization of different packages- lab package, refractory supply & application, STP and other miscellaneous items required for refractory installation- Brick laying m/c, portable Belt Conv. etc.
- Coordinating between different project functions to prepare concept & budget for new upcoming projects.
- Concept development
- Budget compilation
- Scope development
- Tender preparation
- Offer evaluation
- Tender preparation to TER evaluation.
- Preparation of PFR (Pre-feasibility report) for other upcoming projects.
- Review of PID, BID & mimics for project & conducting FAT
- Coordinating with vendor, engineering team & consultant for ongoing projects
- Coordinating with different vendors for plant layout optimization, equipment selection & scope confirmation.
- Supporting plant team to analyze operational issues to optimize process
- Finalize scheme, flow sheet & budgeting for any CAPEX requirement
- Optimization of cooler in view to maximize WHRS generation
- Support plant team in evaluation of offers for SNCR

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in l Engineering from reputed Engineering College.
- 12+ years of experience in Cement Plant and 8+ years of experience in Process engineering of Cement Plant, CPP/WHRS.
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance and plant engineering environments.
- Strong exposure to large-scale cement plant operations and projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Solid knowledge of cement plant electrical systems and international standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
