- Company Website:- - Company Website:- - LinkedIn Page :- Role & responsibilities As Sr. Service Engineer for Channel Furnaces and other capital equipment is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of product. They ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the product. Key Responsibilities
- Installation:
- Overseeing the installation of current channel furnaces and other capital equipment, ensuring proper setup and connection to power sources and control systems.
- Configuring equipment parameters according to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintenance:
- Conducting routine maintenance checks.
- Replacing worn-out or damaged parts to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal machine operations.

- Repair & Troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control system issues in the installed products.
- Troubleshooting faults and identifying root causes to implement effective solutions
- Responding to customer service calls and resolving equipment problems in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers in optimizing furnace performance and energy efficiency.
- Documentation:
- Maintaining detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair history, and customer interactions.
- Preparing technical reports and documentation as required. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
