Job Description Summary

In climate and energy, you will focus on providing consulting services related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, as well as energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions. You will analyse client needs, develop strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and offer guidance and support to help clients transition to a low-carbon economy.

About the Role:

Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals mining covering planning, execution, governance, and perks realization. You will drive adoption of digital/AI solutions (e.g., 5D BIM, advanced scheduling risk analytics, drone/LiDAR-based progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing for materials, digital twins, and GenAI assistants for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements in time, cost, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

A. PMO Governance

Establish and run the PMO: stage-gate governance, change control, RACI, decision logs, and escalation paths.

B. Procurement Supply Chain

Own procurement management: sourcing strategy, bid evaluation, contracts/Change Orders/EOTs, LDs/incentives.

Run performance reviews for contractors and material vendors; track delivery performance and expediting.

Implement Digital Storage Logistics Management (IoT + geo-fencing) for traceability, install-readiness, and exception alerts.

C. Digital/AI Transformation

Define the digital roadmap and success metrics; orchestrate adoption of:

5D BIM (cost + schedule integration) and model-based quantity management.

Advanced scheduling risk analytics (constraint-based planning, scenario simulation, Monte Carlo).
