We are sourcing_ Area Manager (1st Line Manager) Department: Sales Marketing Reports To: Regional Sales Manager Team: Medical Representatives (MRs) Location: (Specify Area/Territory) Experience: 10-12 Years in Pharma Sales (Minimum 1-2 Years as FirstLine Manager ) Role OverviewThe Area Manager (AM) will lead a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets, drive prescription growth, and strengthen brand presence across the assigned area. This role demands strong field coaching, scientific selling skills, and disciplined execution.
