AMC Sales Engineer - ELV / BMS Solutions (West Bengal)

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven AMC Sales professional for ELV / BMS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business, developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring recurring revenue growth from existing and new clients. Role & responsibilities
- Generate AMC business for ELV / BMS systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, IBMS, etc.).
- Identify potential clients for AMC contracts through existing database, references, and cold calling.
- Handle renewal of existing AMC contracts and ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct site surveys and assess maintenance requirements.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals for AMC and service contracts.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with service/operations team for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, clients, and stakeholders. Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 27 years of experience in AMC / service sales for ELV or BMS systems.
- Valuable understanding of systems like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in handling corporate clients, IT parks, hospitals, malls, or industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of AMC costing, SLA (Service Level Agreements), and contract management.
- Existing client network in ELV / BMS domain will be an added advantage.
