Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Kolkata. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accounting compliance, and supporting decision-making with sound financial analysis. The role includes monitoring budgets, optimizing financial processes, preparing reports for stakeholders, and delivering insights to drive the organization’s economic efficiency. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices Exceptional Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance to support strategic decision-making Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Qualified certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable Prior experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the manufacturing, distribution, or real estate sectors Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n5kwm
