Job Title Social Media Graphic Designer Job Purpose To create visually engaging content and manage social media presence enhancing the company s brand awareness and audience engagement The role combines graphic design video creation and social media strategy to promote travel experiences and services effectively Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Content Creation Design social media posts stories banners flyers and promotional content aligned with brand identity Create one motivational video daily for social media engagement Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and campaigns Social Media Management Plan schedule and post content across all social media platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and X Twitter Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and manage online community interactions Track and analyse social media performance metrics to improve engagement and reach Collaboration Strategy Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create campaigns that align with business objectives Suggest creative ideas for promotions seasonal offers and digital campaigns Stay updated on design trends social media innovations and travel industry best practices Skills Competencies Strong proficiency in graphic design tools Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva Premiere Pro After Effects etc Ability to create short videos and animations for social media Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Good communication and collaboration skills Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Digital Media Marketing or related field 2-4 years of experience in social media design and management preferably in travel tourism or hospitality Proven portfolio of social media graphics videos and digital campaigns Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Insights or social media dashboards is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00
