Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).

Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.

Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
