Associate Design Relationship Manager (West Bengal)

Job Summary: Responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing, functional, and creative designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, conceptualize design ideas, and bring them to life with attention to detail and a high standard of design quality. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs. Develop design concepts that are both functional and visually appealing. Present design ideas to clients for approval. Plan layouts that optimize the use of space while considering aesthetics, functionality, and safety. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design vision and client requirements. Create detailed design sketches, 2D models, 3D models & renderings to present design concepts. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring designs stay within the specified financial constraints. Oversee the entire project from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Conduct regular site visits to ensure the design is being executed as planned, and make necessary adjustments. Effectively communicate design ideas and revisions to clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design. Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an Interior Designer. Skills: Strong proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Layout & Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling software & Enscape or any other rendering software. Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, space planning, and architecture. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
