R&D Team Member - Tubular (West Bengal)

Role Purpose: This role is responsible for analysis and improvement of mechanical and financial parameters related to battery products, driving product and process enhancements, coordinating development projects, and supporting product innovation based on application requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyse and estimate mechanical and financial parameters for battery products and related development activities. 2. Drive improvement in battery performance parameters through design and process interventions. 3. Coordinate development and improvement projects, including mapping, tracking, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders. 4. Support product innovation initiatives based on customer application requirements and market needs. 5. Participate in development activities for recent or improved battery products. 6. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure practical implementation of design and process improvements. 7. Apply structured problem-solving and risk analysis tools such as DFMEA and PFMEA in development and process improvement initiatives. 8. Maintain relevant documentation, reports, and system records through SAP and MS Office Technical / Functional Competencies: 1. Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, and related engineering analysis tools 2. Exposure to SAP transaction handling relevant to functional domain 3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite 4.
