Opening For Senior IP Development Engineer (West Bengal)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior IP Development Engineer to join our team at ARC Document Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. If you have a strong technical background along with leadership capabilities and a passion for building scalable digital solutions, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications
- Manage and mentor development teams
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA)
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain high code quality standards Technical Expertise Required:
- Backend: PHP, Node.js (Nest.js preferred)
- Frontend: React, Next.js
- CMS: WordPress, Strapi
- CRM Tools: HubSpot
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Tools: Git, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus) Experience:
- 5+ years of development experience
