Java Full Stack Developer (West Bengal)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Java or Python, strong understanding of modern engineering practices, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and resilient applications. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python.

- Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms across systems.

- Execute end-to-end software development including design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.

- Create or contribute to architecture & design documents, ensuring alignment with technical constraints.

- Work with large datasets to generate insights, visualizations, and improvements for applications.

- Identify hidden patterns, system issues, and drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.

- Collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to continuous iteration and delivery.

- Participate in internal tech communities, exploring new and emerging technologies.

- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, respect, and innovation.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development.

- Proficiency in Java or Python (at least one is mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, and application security.

- Good understanding of software engineering lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.

- Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or DevOps tools.
