Sap Functional Consultant (West Bengal)

Must-Have
- Strong exposure in SAP MM/SD/Finance
- Lead SAP functional Consultant role
- Strong Knowledge of IDOC processing and errors
- Certification in SAP MM / SD / Logistics/ Finance preferable. Good-to-Have
- Knowledge in ITIL Process
- Experience in AMS environment
- Robust Client facing capabilities.
- Knowledge in SAP Web service, WESOUT
- Must be able to drive any SAP related activity (mainly BAU, enforce new business requirement)
- Document the business requirement and provide solution document
- Configure the SAP system to meet the requirements
- Identify the custom developments and write FS and test the objects
- Optional experience in SAP IS Retail and Retail domain. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP ABAP applications across modules such as SD, MM, Finance
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within defined SLAs
- Knowledge of SAP integration and Interface with third party system
- Should have worked as lead in SAP implementation or SAP enhancement project
- Experience in F&R;/UDF will be an added advantage
