Technical Project Manager Java (West Bengal)

Developing analytical and logical solutions into Banking/Fintech Industry. Responsible for overall delivery aspects of customer engagement including successful delivery of portfolio of large projects. Deliver the projects in the portfolio within time and agreed quality standards. Optimum utilization of resources, building up high performance team. Strong Technical experience in Java with Spring boot, Microservices, CI/CD pipeline, Rest API, programming with technical exposure SLA compliance, people management, Client management, Competency development Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement program to deliver the world class projects within agreed time and quality standards. Define and implement the best practices in project management. Project planning, monitoring and control. Risk Analysis /Risk Management. First point of escalation, for any Delivery-related issues. Manage and review projects and contracts regularly to ensure delivery is on track within approved scope or that scope changes are properly handled. Establishes the processes to support the engagement, including setting up charge codes, defining the project calendar, and defining deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures. Responsible for agreed billable utilization of the team assigned. The Successful Candidate Should Have: Strong people management and client front ending experience. Must have good experience in Stake holder management At least 8+ years of experience into Banking/Fintech industry. Handled large project delivery of any of the top Indian international Banks. Good understanding with programming language and Architecture.
