Job Description: Associate
- Learning and Development Position Overview: The Associate
- Learning and Development will be responsible for supporting organizational training initiatives, managing learning programs, and ensuring the effective career development of employees to achieve business objectives. The role requires coordination, content delivery, and the use of innovative learning methods to enhance engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Administration:

- Organize, schedule, and oversee logistics for training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to identify learning needs and solutions tailored to departments or individuals.
- Maintain training records, reports, and evaluations for all programs.
- Content Development:

- Assist in designing and developing training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources.
- Research and incorporate new methods, tools, and technologies to improve engagement.
- Employee Development:

- Collaborate with managers and HR to develop individual development plans.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitation & Coordination:

- Provide support in executing company-wide learning events.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Foster collaboration between employees, departments, and teams.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting:

- Analyze the impact of training programs through data collection and feedback mechanisms.
- Produce actionable reports showcasing trends, impact, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training content creation.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating training effectiveness and deriving insights. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in a Learning and Development role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools related to training delivery. Preferred Attributes:
- Passion for growth and learning.
- Creative thinking to enhance employee engagement in development programs.
