Urgent DGM / GM Process Engineering Manager. (NonFerrous Process Plants) _ 19 to 30 Yrs Experience. No of Position : #3 Location : Kolkata Qualification : Bachelors degree in metallurgical / chemical / mechanical engineering. Experience : 20+ years experience in large EPCM/EPC projects for: Role & responsibilities : Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for large EPCM projects in nonferrous metallurgical process plants, Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, and Other NonFerrous Metals. The role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, highquality engineering delivery from concept through commissioning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: i. Lead and integrate multidisciplinary engineering teams (Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, I&C;, Piping). ii. Manage engineering across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction Support, and Commissioning. iii. Interface with process licensors, technology suppliers, OEMs, and EPC. iv. Ensure engineering scope control, technical quality, schedule adherence, and change management. v. Review and approve design documents, layouts, specifications, and engineering philosophies. vi. Support procurement, construction, and commissioning with timely technical inputs. vii. Drive value engineering, constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews. viii. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and corporate standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelors degree in metallurgical / chemical / mechanical engineering. 2. 20+ years experience in large EPCM/EPC projects for: i. Aluminium Smelters / Alumina Refineries/Down Stream ii. Copper Smelters & Refineries/Value products iii. Zinc / Lead / Other NonFerrous Plants iv. Mineral Beneficiation of Non-ferrous mineral. 3. Proven experience managing large engineering teams and multiple interfaces. 4. Strong understanding of nonferrous process technologies, utilities. 5.
