Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain optimal functionality across the business landscape. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports the organization''s goals and objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Professional & Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and methodologies.
