Role & responsibilities

[Min 6 months] CTC:- 12K
- 17K Key Responsibilities:1. Proactively reach out to policyholders for renewal premium collections2. Conduct fields visits to meet customers and facilitate premium payments3. Identify and engage lapsed policyholders to encourage policy revival4. Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities for additional insurance products5. Engage with customers walk in for surrender and provide solutions and alternatives to retain the customer6. Achieve collection and retention targets as per company objectives Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment collections and surrender retention efforts. Qualifications


- Any Graduation (Graduate pass out from 2021 to 2025)
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
