Business Development Manager (West Bengal)

Job Description: Business Development Executive/Manager We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to support expansion of our optical retail presence through hospital partnerships. The role involves identifying new opportunities, assisting in onboarding healthcare partners, and supporting end-to-end execution of business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential hospital and clinic partnerships
- Assist in onboarding recent partners for in-premise optical store setups
- Support senior team members in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) for project execution
- Conduct market research to identify new expansion opportunities
- Maintain and update database of leads, partners, and ongoing projects
- Track progress of deals and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support in preparing proposals, reports, and business presentations Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of the optical sales industry trends and market dynamics.
