Project Manager - Commercial Building - Kolkata (West Bengal)

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from planning to completion

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Monitor project profitability with robust focus on Profit & Loss (P&L;) management

Prepare and track project cash flow, cost planning, and financial projections

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements

Drive resource planning, risk management, and project reporting Preferred candidate profile Experience: 20 to 30 years in Civil Construction Contracting Organizations

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Proven experience as Project Manager for high-rise building projects

Strong knowledge of project financials, cash flow management, and cost control Leadership and team management abilities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple project challenges effectively
