Adaptive to Change; willing to learn new methodologies and Technologies. 3 to 5years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist or Call Center environment, experience with US-based clients preferred (Optional) High attention to detail & consistent performance including follow through. Able to work in a team and in a rapid-paced environment and adapt quickly and efficiently to changes. Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to clearly and effectively inform and influence audiences internally and externally, across organization boundaries. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Familiar with various Internet Browser (Firefox/IE)/Email Clients (Outlook/Gmail) Moderately flexible schedule/availability Night Shift Preferred. Current hours of operation for Department- 8am-8pm EST (5pm 8am IST) Ability to multitask numerous duties at the same time. Ability to perform Audits as required Preferred Qualifications Certifications ITIL, SHRM, or equivalent System knowledge ADP, ATS, Fresh works Suite/Zendesk/Service Cloud (or other ticketing systems) Any Graduate with experience in HR Field/Customer service/Technical support (Handled US Clients) Competencies 1.
