Hybrid Mode JD Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Cloud Implementation who can contribute and own the Order management processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Cloud solutions, with a specialized focus on optimizing and implementing the Order to Cash cycle. This role requires strategic leadership for team handling, deep functional expertise, and a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Implementation: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints. Use agile methodologies and tools to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Ensure the solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports for executive review

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Order Management processes Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and its integration with other systems Functional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Shipping Solid project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills
