Sales cum Support Engineer (West Bengal)

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales cum Support Engineer to promote, sell, and support laboratory instruments for educational institutions, colleges, universities, and research organizations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a passion for technical sales and support. Candidates with sales experience from any industry are encouraged to apply, while experience in laboratory instruments or technical products will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell laboratory instruments and scientific equipment to educational institutes, colleges, laboratories, and research organizations.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and identify recent business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on inquiries to close sales deals.
- Provide after-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams for installation and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales visits, inquiries, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with management.
- Ensure timely customer support and enhance customer satisfaction. Required Skills:
