Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a energetic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in IBM Cognos TM1, MS SQL Server Stored Procedure
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Experience with database management and data analysis.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Cognos TM1, MS SQL Server Stored Procedure
