It Support Technician (West Bengal)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain dialer systems
• Extract and compile leads from Google, online directories, CRM systems, and multiple data sources
• Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and ensure smooth daily operations
• Configure and maintain user accounts, systems, and network connectivity
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams for IT-related requirements Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician
• Must currently be working in an IT Technician role
• Robust knowledge of dialer management and lead handling
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with networking, system maintenance, and technical support
• Ability to work onsite and handle day-to-day IT operations independently Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM and VoIP systems
• Knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and server basics
