Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building solid customer relationships and helping expand our client base. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software and maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the field sales team for meetings.
- Consistently achieve targets. Required Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling, preferably B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
- Confident, target-driven and comfortable handling customer calls.
- Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office suite.
