Key responsibilities

· Head the project of educational Institution and effectively own and render all the services as per the SLA.
· Academic calendar execution with onus on Academics, Examinations, Application support and student support services
· Ensuring student learning success management
· Handhold and lead the various current initiatives of the partner University.
· Effective Project Management with no gaps in operations leading to excellence and client satisfaction.
· Client centricity and university Relationship management
· Quality improvement initiatives for the online learning department
· To be a catalyst forging University and TLE Team with proactiveness and enthusiasm.
