ANG Placement & Staffing Solutions PVT LTD | Full timeResponsibilities- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages.- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and refractive errors.- Perform ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation, as per hospital protocols and surgical standards.- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment such as optical coherence tomography (OCT), visual field analyzers, and retinal imaging systems.- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education on eye health, disease prevention, and post-operative care.- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.- Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital-based training programs.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology through continuous medical education and professional development.Requirements- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology (D.O. or DNB in Ophthalmology).- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or eye care setting.- Proficiency in performing cataract surgeries and managing common ocular emergencies.- Solid knowledge of diagnostic imaging and interpretation in ophthalmology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families.- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to clinical protocols.- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lp598
