Experience and Education Requirements: Minimum of 4+ Year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant with strong working experience in Recruiting, Core Compensation, Security & Reporting HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required. The following Workday Partner Certifications are preferred: Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Perks and Launch Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification. All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA. Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports. Solid organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices to make appropriate implementation recommendations.
