Energin is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and evolve our Zoho CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
This is a strategic, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Data, and Operations — transforming CRM from a system of record into a genuine growth engine for the business.
You’ll own the strategy, optimisation, automation, reporting, and ongoing evolution of Zoho CRM and connected GTM systems, helping drive scalable growth across the organisation.
We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing and technology-focused business where they can make a genuine impact and help shape the future direction of our commercial systems and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the strategy and optimisation of Zoho CRM and related platforms
- Designing lifecycle automation, lead scoring, and nurture journeys
- Building dashboards, reporting, and attribution insights
- Improving data quality, workflows, integrations, and automation
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing to scale commercial performance
- Acting as the internal SME for CRM, automation, and customer data
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or MarTech Product roles
- Strong hands-on Zoho CRM experience
- Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle campaigns
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to simplify complexity and improve systems at scale
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
