Civil Foreman (Bareilly)

Job Title: Civil Foreman Department: Construction / Project Execution Location: Site-based Reports To: Project Manager / Site Engineer Job Summary The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves managing labor, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring safety compliance at all stages of construction. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities including RCC, finishing, masonry, and civil works
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with stores for timely availability
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for smooth workflow
- Identify and resolve in office issues to avoid delays
- Check workmanship quality and ensure rework is minimized
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction processes (RCC, finishing, structural work)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in construction, preferably in real estate projects
- Experience in residential/commercial project execution Pay: ₹35,000.00
