Social Media Manager (Bareilly)

Brick Circle is a rapidly growing real estate exhibition and networking platform connecting developers, channel partners, and real estate professionals across India through high-impact expos, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Position: Social Media Manager Location: Remote CTC: Up to 12 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
* Plan and execute social media strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
* Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and events
* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for content execution
* Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities
* Handle campaign coordination and performance tracking
* Write engaging captions, campaign ideas, and promotional content
* Analyze insights, engagement, and campaign performance to optimize results
* Manage community engagement and audience interactions professionally
* Support branding and promotional activities for expos and business events

Requirements:
* 3-6 years of experience in Social Media Management
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing
* Experience in content planning, audience engagement, and brand building
* Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and analytics tools
* Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently

Preferred:
* Experience in Real Estate, Events, Exhibitions, or Digital Marketing industry
* Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
* Robust branding and storytelling abilities
